virtual CA therapy in San Diego, OC, La, and beyond.
You’re looking for a therapist who gets it: why your friendships shifted, why you feel isolated on your campus, or just someone you don’t have to explain what Passover is to. You want a therapist who already understands the complexity of your identity, the grief that doesn’t have a clean container, or what it means to be Israeli-American today.
You might be coming to therapy because:
Your friendships have shifted since October 7 and you aren’t sure how to navigate that.
You’re experiencing or witnessing antisemitism on your campus, online, or at work, and it’s affecting your well-being.
You feel isolated or unseen in spaces that don’t understand your cultural or religious background.
You’re navigating the complexity of being Israeli-American.
You’re experiencing intergenerational trauma.
You deserve a therapist who gets it. I am Jewish and the daughter of Israeli immigrants. This is a safe space for you.
Jewish identity is an important part of my life and work. I offer culturally responsive virtual therapy for Jewish adults and couples throughout California who want a therapist who understands that Jewish identity can be deeply connected to family, relationships, values, culture and belonging. I work with clients across the spectrum of observance, as well as Israelis and people navigating interfaith relationships.
